Grain & Carb servings: 1 cup or approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup cooked grains (such as rice, quinoa, pasta, etc.)

Vegetable servings: Typically 1 cup (about the size of a fist for non-leafy vegetables or 1/2 cup for leafy greens)

Snacks & Sides: Portion sizes vary but are generally 1/2 cup or 1 oz, depending on the item.
