To help guide your meal planning, each single portion provided by BLANK CATERING  is designed to align with standard daily recommended values. Below is a general overview of our portion sizes:

 

• Protein portions: Typically 4–6 oz (about the size of a deck of cards or the palm of your hand)
• Grain & Carb servings: 1 cup or approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup cooked grains (such as rice, quinoa, pasta, etc.)
• Vegetable servings: Typically 1 cup (about the size of a fist for non-leafy vegetables or 1/2 cup for leafy greens)
• Snacks & Sides: Portion sizes vary but are generally 1/2 cup or 1 oz, depending on the item.
• Breakfasts: Pre-portioned servings are typically 1 cup or equivalent to one serving of overnight oats, chia pudding, or smoothie packs
• Desserts and Treats: These are individually portioned to meet standard serving sizes for balanced enjoyment.
